Who We Are
Uniboard was founded in 2013 as the largest cardboard manufacturer in Egypt and one of the largest in Africa, It was co-founded by Shorouk Press, one of the largest printing houses in Egypt; together with Youssef Allam Group, one of the biggest paper and board traders in Egypt.

Where we sell
Besides meeting the demand in Egypt, we also export to the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Europe, mainly KSA, UAE, Yemen, Jordan, Syria, Tanzania, Sudan, Lebanon, Algeria, Libya, Morocco, Uganda China, Italy, Greece, Georgia, Ukraine, Chile, and Ecuador... etc.

UNIBOARD produces more than 70% of Egypt’s demand for duplex board. And thanks to our geographic location that easily connects us to all Egyptian ports, UNIBOARD exports about 30% of its production to the Middle East, North Africa, Southern Europe, East Asia and South America.

With our state-of-the-art factory in Sadat City in Egypt, Uniboard is capable of producing several types of cardboard in our Sadat Mill. Our main raw materials are recycled paper scraps and waste paper which we convert into cardboard while maintaining the highest environmental standards.

Ibrahim El Moallem
ChairmanChairman of the National Printing Company, which comprises Uniboard, Shorouk Press, El Baddar, and Windsor. A publisher for more than 50 years, Co-founder and Chairman of the Shorouk Group,He held the positions of elected President of the Egyptian Publishers Association, elected President of the Arab Publishers Association & elected Vice President of the International Publishers Association IPA.
Sherif El Moallem
CEOCEO of Shorouk Group. He has been serving in the Group for over 25 years. He’s the co-founder of Shorouk Newspaper, Shorouk Bookstores, and Shorouk Media Production. He’s also the CEO of the National Printing Company, the mother company of Shorouk Press, El Baddar, and Uniboard.
Youssef Shaheen
General ManagerGeneral Manager of Uniboard. Bachelor's degree in Science, Mechanical Engineering, from the American University in Cairo. He had his Master in Business Administration, at Sorbonne University. He managed the Papyrus company for paper converting and trading.
Amr Mosharrafa
CAOChief Administration Officer & Co-founder of Uniboard with experience in printing, packaging, board, and pulp since 1988. The Vice Chairman of the Board directors of the Paper and Board Division in the Chemical Chamber of the Federation of Egyptian Industries for the period 2022 – 2025.
Shin Seop
Factory ManagerFactory Manager of Uniboard. He oversaw projects of several paper mills in Korea, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, and Indonesia (Equipment installation, commissioning, process quality stabilization, optimal cost management), He continued his paper-making career of about 45 years by joining Uniboard in 2016.
Mohamed Ghazy
Financial DirectorFinancial Director of Uniboard, over 16 years of experience in manufacturing companies including one of the big international audit firms in Egypt, MBA from the Arab Academy for Science, License from IMA as a CMA-certified Management Accountant. Member of the Egyptian Society of Accounting and Auditors.
Awad El Sayed
Sales DirectorAwad El Sayed has more than 25 years of work experience in managing sales profiles at Shorouk for Modern Printing, and Uniboard. He combines the knowledge of paper technology and printing with excellent sales skills. Leader of the sales and marketing department since 2016 at Uniboard.
